"Menu and prices are the same with other store branches. Service is a bit slow compared with other branches, I dont know if they are understaff or they are just taking it slow since Fiesta World Mall is not too crowded compared with other branches. Most of the time, some menus are not available, I have no idea if the branch sticks to the regular menus considering almost they had few customers. Staffs are friendly, as what you expect for a Jollibee crew. Mostly their customers are food delivery services, maybe because SM and Robinsons branches are always too crowded of customers. Store is clean and their tables and chairs are well maintained. Hope this branch will be as lively again as it is used to be."

"This store was pretty different from other Jollibee branches that we've been to. The service was superb from their crew up to their managers that really drives the team well. I applaud them for not letting their ranks hinder them on helping their crews in preparing meals or customer orders. The place is very welcoming. They are also very organized from my POV. Seeing their team working harmoniously sparks confidence with their leaders and could be benchmarked by other branches.One thing to be improved or included could be the signature "Jolly Morning" "Jolly Afternoon" "Jolly Evening" and/or "Thank you for coming""
